THIS EVENT IS OUTSIDE. IT WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED DUE TO BAD WEATHER. WE WILL BE THERE- RAIN, SLEET OR SNOW!!

 

This Event is going to be One of a Kind!

We are having 26,000 pounds of REAL SNOW blown over a 1230 square foot area for the kids to play in! We are also offering:

Light hor d'oeuvres, an Adult beverage cash bar, A hot chocolate/coffee station, A hayride, A visit from Santa, Live Music from Justin Graves Band, A Silent Auction, a Race Track from Races2U and SO MUCH MORE! It’s going to be a FUN event!!

 

This Snow Spectacular will be our biggest fundraising event of the year. Our hope is to be able to pay for our Christmas Hope Box Program with the proceeds of this event. Every year, our Christmas Hope Box Program provides toys and gifts to families who would otherwise have nothing under the tree for their children to open on Christmas morning. Along with a pediatric cancer diagnosis comes many struggles; we are helping to make sure Christmas morning is not one of those struggles for these families. Proceeds will also go to keep all of our outreach programs available year round for these families!

 

SILENT AUCTION INFO: 

We will have a Silent Auction at this event offering a variety of goods and services donated by local individuals and companies in support of our organization. It will be held from 7PM to 9PM.  Please be sure to stop by the Silent Auction and check out these AMAZING items, and place a bid to help ensure that our organization will be able to continue to help these kids and their families.

 

*This event was planned for the entire family; there are no age limits. The location is handicap accessible.

*Tickets will be available at the door for an increased amount.

*Tickets are nonrefundable.

*Parents are responsible for the safety of their children during the event.  

*Ticket cost does NOT include alcoholic beverages. We will have a cash bar available, provided by the venue.
